What we collect

• What you type into the form: your name, company or institution, how to reach you (email or phone) and what you need.
• What is recorded when you send it: your IP address and browser identifier (User-Agent), used to stop the form being spammed and to look into unusual submissions.

What we use it for

Only to contact you and follow up on this enquiry: understanding what you need, quoting and arranging a demo.

How long we keep it

Only for as long as we need it to follow up on your enquiry. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

Seeing, correcting or deleting it

To see, correct or delete what you sent us, send the enquiry form again: say what you want in the message and use the same contact details as before. We will check it is you and take care of it.

Visit statistics (only if you agree)

If you click “Accept” in the notice at the bottom of the page, we use Google Analytics to see how the site is used: which pages are visited, which site or search brought you here, what kind of device and browser you use, and roughly which region you are in. These tools store cookies in your browser so that repeat visits can be counted as the same visitor.

The data is processed and stored by the providers of these tools under their own privacy policies. We only look at the aggregated reports; we do not use them to identify you and we do not combine them with what you send through the enquiry form.

Nothing is collected unless you agree. You can change your mind at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page; if you switch to “Decline”, the statistics cookies already stored are deleted.
